I recently had the privilege of attending a beautiful sound healing workshop facilitated by Maeve, centred around our experiences of racism in the workplace.

From the moment we arrived, there was a warm, calm and uplifting energy in the room.

Everything had been carefully and thoughtfully considered, right down to the placement of the crystals, the soft lighting and the beautiful environment Maeve had created.

And then there was Maeve herself.

Warm, loving, kind and compassionate. She welcomed us into a space that immediately felt safe.
