This online programme is for you if you need support and the company of others on similar journeys. We will meet online at the same time and day each week for 12 weeks.

The programme will include the following themes:

→ Encounters of racism at work

→ The impact of racism at work

→ Developing empowering tools to support you

→ And other themes that emerge during our time together
